お料理は料理研究家　那須あきゆき＆Chef　Takeho。琉球フレンチ＆イタリアン、鉄板を使った
ライブキッチン。地元自家焙煎の手入れドリップコーヒーとillyCoffee、県産紅茶、地元農家さんの
お野菜フルーツを使ったスムージーやソーダーなど、オリオンビール、泡盛はもちろん
ワインも充実しています。

The place where nature can be spent by felt beautiful dish and natural posture. All dishes are supervised by the chefs　de　cuisine Akiyuki Nasu　and　Chef　Takeho. We offer healthy fusion dishes that combine French, Italian and Japanese. Chefs cook on　utilizing　fresh,　local ingredients　presented　creatively.　Chefs　cook　on　Teppan (cast-iron hot plate) right before customers eyes. For　Dinner, il Gastro Sara　will offer a la carte menu and chef’s　couse menu. For the chef’s　couse menu, please make reservation 24hrs in advance because the chef specially makes each menu for each customer based on seasonal ingredients　available and customer preferences. Course menu is chef’s recommendations only. We take great care in choosing ingredients to personalize each plate.
